Luxury Real Estate

Hello, I'm Frances Lim, and I have been involved in selling luxury real estate in the Tagaytay area for more than four years. I am considering starting a blog to share my experiences and insights from this industry with you. My aim is to inspire and provide valuable information to those interested. Currently, I hold the position of an in-house Senior Property Specialist at Tagaytay Highlands, a top-notch mountain resort in the country.

What is Luxury Real Estate?

Simply having a high price tag does not automatically classify a property as luxurious. For a property to be considered luxurious, it must be distinctive and exclusive in a positive and desirable manner. Affluent individuals are willing to pay more for items they perceive as superior.

Affluent purchasers seek locations with access to upscale amenities like exclusive shopping, fine dining, and cultural experiences. Proximity to other luxury residences and prestigious addresses such as Tagaytay Highlands, enhances the appeal. A rich historical background can also be a bonus. For many luxury buyers, waterfront settings with scenic views of rivers, oceans, or lakes are desirable, while others prefer countryside or mountainside vistas.

Upscale buyers seek similar features to all buyers but on a more luxurious level. They prioritize privacy and security, sometimes seeking seclusion. Their requirements include exquisite interior and exterior aesthetics, with the ability to invest in custom architecture, bespoke design, meticulous attention to detail, and lavish finishes. Lots of people desire space, but living luxuriously doesn't necessarily require a huge home.

Excited to share more with you! That's all for now!
